Democrats hold on to Virginia’s 11th Congressional District

Republican Keith Fimian will concede defeat Tuesday in the congressional race in Virginia’s 11th district, giving freshman Democrat Rep. Gerald Connolly a second term in the seat. (Hat tip: Jim Geraghty.)
