I was just going to include this one in yesterday’s LinkSwarm, but then I watched the video and, yeah, this needs to be its own post.
Rhode Island Assistant Attorney General Devon Hogan Flanagan and friend Veronica Hannan, “a senior manager at Pepsi who calls herself a ‘champion of diversity in STEM,'” became disruptive at Clarke Cooke House, a Newport restaurant, and were asked to leave.
Did they leave?
They did not.
Police were called. Did they leave when the police asked them to?
They did not.
Instead, they put on a “Do you know I am?” display for the ages.

All in all, it’s the most blatant show of a drunk, entitled female bureaucratic functionary since Austin DA Rosemary Lehmberg got pulled over for DUI.
Given that Rhode Island is a deep blue state, I bet you can guess what political party she’s part of.
Flanagan is currently on unpaid leave.
