NEWSFLASH: Texas Speaker Joe Straus Retires

With increasing hostility coming from his own caucus for his RINO ways, Texas Speaker Joe Straus has announced that he’s retiring at the end of his current term.

Conservatives will find this very welcome news, and it shakes up the state’s political status quo quite a bit.
