Happy July 4th!
Instead of politics, meet my newest dog, Buddy:
He’s a Great Pyrenees I adopted December 29. He’s super sweet, loves everybody and gets along great with my other dog Avery.
I had needed second dog since my former faithful companion Jigsaw crossed the rainbow bridge. Strangely enough, Buddy was my third choice among Great Pyranees available on their website, and since I was adopting around Christmas time, it was hard to get in touch with people to put the application through. But I finally got it all settled out, and drove out to Paige, Texas (about an hour east of Austin) to see if Buddy got along with Avery, and they got along like a house on fire. I really lucked out.
Everyone thinks their dog is the best dog in the world, and everyone is right.
