Election Fraud Update for December 7, 2020

We are rapidly approaching the endgame on election fraud remedies. States must ratify their final electors by December 8 (the “safe harbor” date), and electors meet and vote on December 14. Either the Supreme Court will have stopped the steal by that date, or Joe Biden will officially receive enough electoral votes to be elected President.

  • President Donald Trump lays out the case for significant voter fraud having altered the outcome of the 2020 Presidential election:

  • Here is a complete transcript of the speech.
  • Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito has agreed to hear arguments that Pennsylvania’s loose mail voting requirements violated both state and federal law. Moreover, hearing it within the “safe harbor period by Tuesday “may signal that the Supreme Court takes Kelly’s case, which was rejected by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court with prejudice last weekend.”
  • The mysterious case of four suitcases of ballots pulled out from under a table after counting had supposedly stopped:

President Donald Trump’s legal team on Dec. 3 presented surveillance footage at a Georgia state legislature hearing that appears to show ballot-counting workers telling poll observers late at night on Election Day to leave before continuing to count and pulling out what appears to be boxes filled with ballots.

In the hearing on Dec. 3, Jacki Pick, a lawyer who is volunteering with the campaign’s legal case, said the team received video footage from State Farm Arena’s vote-tabulation center in Fulton County, Georgia. The team said that GOP poll watchers weren’t allowed to watch the counting process in the poll center.

According to Pick, an unusual occurrence took place later in the evening at around 10 p.m. local time: A woman—described as a blonde woman with braids—told workers to stop counting and notified everyone to go home.

Describing the video footage, Pick said, “Everyone clears out, including the Republican observers and the press, but four people stay behind and continue counting and tabulating well into the night.” The four counted unobserved until about 1 a.m., according to the video.

Pick said that video footage shows Fulton County election workers waiting at their scanning areas until GOP poll observers and reporters left the room before they started “scanning ballots,” ostensibly without any observation.

  • National Review‘s Rich Lowry says that there’s nothing nefarious going on. I’m not so sure.
  • Ruby Freeman and daughter/supervisor Wandrea “Shaye” Moss (involved in the suitcases full of ballots) are also involved in this video-captured thumb drive handoff:

If that’s not suspicious activity, they’re certainly doing an amazing imitation of looking suspicious while doing something.

  • Freeman seems to have lawyered up.
  • “GA Rep Says Forensic Tests Run On Sequestered Dominion Equipment Found Votes Switched From Trump to Biden.”
  • “Whistleblowers Dispute Over 1 Million Ballots, Cite Dominion Tampering, Shipping Filled Ballots Across State Lines.”

The Amistad Project has gathered whistleblowers and sworn declarations revealing over one million potentially fraudulent swing-state ballots, including completed ballots getting shipped across state lines, postal service workers being told to prioritize Biden mail, and officials tampering with Dominion systems to prevent an audit.

In total, over 300,000 ballots are at issue in Arizona, 548,000 in Michigan, 204,000 in Georgia, and over 121,000 in Pennsylvania.

The declarations state that unlawful actions by state and local election officials in swing states, and possibly U.S. Postal Service officials,” the Amistad Project noted.

The evidence details “the failure of election officials in blue jurisdictions to maintain ballot chain of custody,” and include “photographs of individuals improperly accessing voting machines and a detailed eyewitness account of the breaking of sealed boxes of ballot jump drives and commingling of those jump drives with others.”

In addition to voting machine tampering, the Amistad Project’s findings reveal efforts by Postal Service officials in at least three of six swing states. “Details include potentially hundreds of thousands of completed absentee ballots being transported across three state lines, and a trailer filled with ballots disappearing in Pennsylvania,” the group notes.

The Amistad Project feels that one whistleblower, a USPS truck driver Jess Morgan, had “fraudulent ballots were mistakenly placed” in his Pennsylvania-bound truck.

  • “Judge Orders Forensic Audit of Dominion Voting Machines in Michigan.” “‘Our team is going to be able to go in this morning at about 8:30 and will be there for about eight hours to conduct that forensic examination and we’ll have the results in about 48 hours, and that’ll tell us a lot about these machines,’ Trump election attorney Jenna Ellis told Fox News.” Maybe this will finally provide the Dominion smoking gun. • Wisconsin supreme court refuses to hear election fraud cases.
  • A breakdown in Georgia court orders relating to election fraud cases through November 30.
  • The Red Headed Libertarian summarizes the evidence:

  • A call for an audit in Maricopa County, Arizona:

  • More evidence of Georgia fraud:

  • Scott Adams makes the case for witnesses being denied their rights to observe elections by force:

  • Twitter has evidently taken down this video:

  • Sydney Powell discusses election fraud with Mike Huckabee.
  • “Pair Charged With Voter Fraud Allegedly Submitted THOUSANDS of Fraudulent Applications on Behalf of Homeless People.”
  • George Soros Appoints Chair of Smartmatic Parent Company to Lead Open Society Foundations.” That would be Mark Malloch-Brown. (Hat tip: Cut Jib news at Ace of Spades HQ.)
  • Mysterious Tower Of Missing Trump Votes Appears In Utah Desert.”
  • Let me know if I missed any important election fraud news in the comments.

And I truly wish I could believe that any of this will matter in the end. I’ve lost faith in our judiciary, our state legislatures, and our Federal government. :-(

    4. George_Banner says:

There are traps like the old “if a tree falls in the forest and there’s nobody to hear it, does it make a sound?”
And the answer depends on the definition of “sound”

If the definition of “sound: is:
      1) “The sensation produced by stimulation of the organs of hearing by vibrations transmitted through the air or other medium”
Then the answer is “no” because if there’s nobody to experience that sensation then there’s no sound.

      But if the definition is:
      2) “Mechanical vibrations transmitted through an elastic medium”
Then the answer is “yes” because the mechanical vibrations will be there and they will be transmitted through the air regardless of someone being there or not.

Simple enough, right? It’s all in the definition

Then there is this one: “if an election is stolen by enough instances of fraud to change the results but enough of the people responsible for doing something about it to protect the process act criminally by playing possum like the ‘three wise monkeys’, has the election being fraudulent?”

Any decent individual will answer “yes” Fraud is fraud and he election is invalid because of he fraud.
Enough people today are going “nopes . . .” with a smug smile on their stupid faces. “Fraud . . . what fraud? I don’t see it . . .”

We have allowed enough evil people to come to power as representatives and judges and bureaucrats with a power they should have never come to have and they are playing, yes, criminally, with the power they have over us because we allowed them to have it.
      It’s our fault.

And then, we have become weak and this is well known by everybody and the evil people are convinced, and who can blame them in this, that they can slap us around like pussies and we are going to do nothing about it because our civic religion is being nice and polite and obey the law above all and we have a lot to lose and the first obstacles we would have in trying to do something are the LE and security agencies and armed forces and government instances that we pay for and that would be the first to act against us.
      It’s our fault.
      It’s our country.
We let this come to be.
      We were here.

Now, there used to be plenty of examples, all throughout history, of societies where when traitors would be identified, they would not get to see the light of the Sun coming up the next morning.
But then, again, and by the same principles, there used to be a time when the army was all the able men in the society and their arms were right there by the door and an alarm would bring every man armed to the teeth to the assembly point and the army would march in half an hour to tear an attacker force to pieces.
      Good times!

But we are not like those men.

Now, let me relate to you a short story.
I had been to a lecture on political organization and afterwards I was sitting on a bench and a dude that had also been there sat besides me with a “hi!” and asked me “so . . . what do you think makes a country free?”
This character, so you understand, was an iteration of “pajama boy”
I hadn’t liked the lecture, at all, because the dude giving it had turned to be a lefto-puke so with the empathy of a piece of inanimate matter and looking at him in the eye I said “freedom is the result of fuck with me and I’ll kill you”
His little smile disappeared, he looked around nervously, looked back at me, said a soft ‘ok’, got up and left.
Now, I’ll grant that was not much of a triumph but got me thinking about leftists and non-leftists and credibility.

Imagine a tribe of cannibals living near another two other tribes.
One of them is a tribe of “sensitive” Eloi who adorn themselves with flowers and organize themselves as a matriarchy and get together to sing and share “feelings” and so on and so forth and they are all feminists and help around their caves.
The other tribe is a tribe of very practical Morlocks who adorn themselves with the skulls and bones of their enemies and organize themselves in a strict patriarchy and get together to train in the art of killing and war and when they find a “feeling” they stomp on it and there’s not a feminist among them and when they come back to their caves they expect to find things in good order.
Who do you think the cannibals are likely to attack?

The left is not scared of us. They don’t think we are about doing much about The Steal or about anything else, at all.
And that’s the problem that we have today.
      Lack of respect.
The “fuck with me and I’ll kill you” is not useful unless the other dude understands that you will.
And if they don’t understand then you have to hurt somebody’s “feelings” until they do.

      And today? They don’t.
      It’s our fault.
And there’s only one way to change this.
The cannibals need to be taught a lesson.
Better yet we need a final solution to our cannibals problem.
There are too many lefto-puke cannibals in this country.
I say two is a good number to keep.
      In formaldehyde jars.

    5. Charles Vaughan says:

December 8 and December 14 might not be quite hard-and-fast deadlines … according to the Amistad Project. Amistad Project white paper asserts that the only really firm deadline is January 20 since that’s in the Consitution. See https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/election-integrity-watchdog-amistad-project-december-8-deadline-for-selection-of-electors-does-not-apply-to-disputed-states-301186795.html The

Thanks for all you’ve done to document and highlight what’s been going on!

    6. Martin Knight says:

I am curious about December 8th, the “Safe Harbor” deadline, and whether it would change the way Trump and his team will proceed.

To be clear, I think the actual date when it’s all over is January 6th, when Congress meets to accept the results of the election and that Trump’s only way forward is by gathering and presenting solid forensically supported evidence that the election was stolen.

Asking judges to enjoin states from certifying results and appointing electors with only indicators (i.e. “red flags”; math, statistics, data science, etc.), but no actual evidence of fraud was never going to be an easy sell given the deadlines imposed by the electoral college process. As Jonathan Turley has pointed out, there is a legal Catch-22 here; to prove fraud, you need access to the election systems to examine ballots and machines, but to get access to the system, [Left-Wing] judges [disingenuously] insist you need to prove fraud.

      Here’s one way you get forensic evidence of election fraud, by the way;
      https://i.postimg.cc/W27vSm8k/fraud-detect-banner.png

Here’s the thing though; instead of weakening Trump’s position, I think the states certifying their results and appointing their slates of electors by the January 8th “Safe Harbor” deadline actually strengthens Trump’s hand in obtaining the access he needs to the state election systems.

It’s black letter law that the Federal government has law enforcement jurisdiction over any election with a federal office on the ballot. As President, Trump has the inherent and statutory authority to investigate election crimes, especially with regard to Federal elections.
      https://www.justice.gov/usao-nh/pr/federal-election-fraud-fact-sheet

The fact is; the affidavits, statistical evidence, and reports of irregularities are plentiful and substantial enough to serve as legal justification for launching an investigation. Under normal circumstances, just one single sworn eyewitness report is enough. Even more significant is that given the high likelihood of local official involvement, and therefore the high likelihood that they would try to destroy the evidence (e.g. deleting machine logs, incinerating ballots and poll books, etc.), the Trump Administration can easily cite exigent circumstances to protect evidence and send in the Marshals to secure the materials without first seeking a warrant.

Even if they challenge the seizures in court, apart from the jurisdiction issue being against them, this is an already completed and certified election, so State or county officials cannot claim injury. After the Safe Harbor date, the ballots, poll books, machine logs, etc. are not required for any pending official purpose by local or State authorities, and there is now no argument to be made that Trump is using the powers of the Presidency to interfere with the election process.

Significantly, in this case, the issue of there not being “enough” election fraud to overturn the results is irrelevant – according to the law, election/voter fraud at any level, at any volume, is a crime whether or not it affects the results. Furthermore, the Trump Administration can now use Federal resources to forensically examine the ballots, records and machines.

Ultimately, if the Trump Administration conclusively finds (as I suspect) and announces that hundreds of thousands of absentee/mail-in ballots with votes for Biden were actually marked with toner (i.e. printer ink), and that without them, he loses PA, WI, MI, AZ and GA, the certifications and electoral college won’t matter. Politically, Congress will be forced to act.

Joe Biden will never take the oath of office in those circumstances.

But that’s assuming there is some sort of genius plan that has been in the works, and Giuliani and his team have been misdirecting us all along.

I’m not making that assumption … but I won’t discount it.

Are you people KIDDING? You’re Goddamn right its fraud. Even more, its an attempt to over throw the government of the United States! This will result in a conflict bc this CRAP started when Hillary lost and people like Adam Shiff lied about anything that came his way. If you care about this country and all the people who gave their lives for freedom, then you are also a dumb person and a traitor..
