Brandon Herrera Presents The Darwin Awards

Been a weird week, so here’s something a bit lighter, assuming “lighter” includes “idiots mishandling firearms to delete themselves from the gene pool.”

All of Jeff Cooper’s rules will be violated. Fun for the whole family!

Come to see the guy testing whether a Makarov is loading or not by pulling the trigger with the gun to his head, stay for the guy deleting his head with an RPG.

This time soon-to-be-U.S. Congressman Brandon Herrera is with King Trout, who seems to share the same dark sense of humor.

And although the actual Darwinizing is pixelated to avoid demonetization, the video is still not safe for work, just in case that was unclear…

  1. Malthus says:

Girl with the .50 BMG Barrett violated Rule 2 but the idiot who furnished her with a loaded magazine is primarily to blame. It is analogous to giving her with a heavily loaded 12 gauge shotgun eqipped with two triggers. Recoil from the first shot will cause her to convulsively tighten her grip, resulting in a sympathetic response from the trigger finger. This causes the next barrel to immediately fire,

This is emphatically not how you want to introduce poorly trained shooters to a new firearm.

Watched on Pepperbox… woah. No pixelation. Definitely not safe for work. When the RPG head deletion is one of the least horrific scenes, because now you see it and now you don’t.

To emphasize what Malthus said: I ALWAYS only load one round into a gun I’m about to fire that I have never fired before. I do the same for anyone trying one of my guns. You don’t know how hard it will kick until you feel it kick. There are lots of instances of gun kick causing mayhem. My favorite is the guy trying to rob a motel front desk late at night with a short barrel revolver. He shoots at the clerk and misses, but the recoil rotates the gun directly under his chin, at which point he pulled the trigger again (doubtless because, as Malthus points out, he convulsively tightened his grip) and shot himself through the head, killing himself. One less thug on the planet – I wish more of them would self-delete like that.
