Nurse Bloomberg’s Plans to Take Away Your Guns
Tuesday, December 29th, 2009Nurse Bloomberg is at it again. The proposals of his “Mayors Against Illegal Guns” group has very little to do with stopping “illegal guns” and a whole lot to do with make firearms more difficult for the law-abiding to obtain, including prohibiting firearm ales entirely in states that won’t adopt the REAL ID Act. You know, the one so onerous and intrusive that 25 states have already said flat out they aren’t going to adopt it.
Snowflakes in Hell calls it “really a blueprint for how the Obama Administration can screw gun owners without needing anything from Congress.” You would think that crushing electoral defeats every time Democrats start agitating for gun control would have dissuaded them by now, but Obama and his congressional enablers seem to have a lot of suicidal tendencies (as witnessed by the push for ObamaCare). And yes, I know Nurse Bloomberg is a RINO.
