Coal power vs. wind power. Which will win?
That happened yesterday in Luling, Texas. Fortunately no one was seriously injured.

Mister, that’s not coal. That’s the original hybrid diesel-electric. A hybrid that has lots of electric torque, can haul a load, and keep running over long distances. And despite being an understood and widely used technology for over half a century; automobile manufacturers can’t figure it out.
Yeah, diesel not coal.
But it’s still a good visual of the power density and throw-a-switch reliability of fossil fuel over goofy bird-killing wind turbines.
Let the stupid green assholes freeze in the dark.
