“Ukraine carries out the “Longest Range Flamingo Strike Yet! 1.400km! Hits Iskander Missile Factory in Votkinsky.”

The FP-5 Flamingos did not make it through to Vokinsk. It appears that much smaller Antonov An-68 drones did hit at least one Votkinsk facility, but the damage done is uncertain.

JSC Votkinsk Machine Building Plant has three facilities in the vicinity of Votkinsk, but none of them produce the Iskander. The Iskander series missiles are produced by JSC Research and Production Corporation Konstruktorskoye Byuro Mashinostroyeniya in Moscow Oblast. VMBP produces Russia’s ICBMs, which have not yet been used in this war.

This is the first of two incidents where the Ukrainians have triple launched FP-5s and none got through. The Russians think the British altitude controls are not working properly. Last night air defenses in Chuvashia knocked down one FP-5 and another, closely following, FP-5 caromed off course and crashed.

The Ukrainian factory intended to produce the FP-5 was obliterated by the Russians in early January, so the FP-5s Ukraine is launching are being made in Britian. The Russians believe that they are being landed in Chornomorsk, so they have been destroying this port and the electrical grid of Odessa Oblast. Last night, they destroyed the last two high voltage substations in Odessa. There will be no more conventional electricity in the Oblast for 3 to 5 years.

“The Ukrainian offensive near Huliaipole has developed a second axis, retaking still more territory from the Russian invaders.”

The Ukrainian offensive on Gulyai-Pole has been completely destroyed by the Russians. The Russians are trying to figure out what to do with all the mercenary corpses the Ukrainians left behind. The Ukrainian, Columbian, and Brazilian governments refuse to accept their dead citizens’ bodies. The last active AFU force in the Gulyai-Pole area, the 95th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade, surrendered yesterday.

The Slovaks cut off electricity to Ukraine on Monday to protest the Ukrainian sabotage of the Druzhba pipeline. They were providing the vast majority of the electricity to Ukraine’s northwest Oblasts. Those Oblasts now have only AKSA generated electricity.

The Hungarians and the Slovaks cut off all diesel fuel shipments to Ukraine to protest the Ukrainian sabotage of the Druzhba pipeline. The Hungarians and Slovaks had been supplying Ukraine with 60,000 metric tons of diesel fuel a month, refined from Druzhba crude.

The Hungarians and the Slovaks spiked the €90 billion EU loan to Ukraine for 2026 government operating expenses. Also to protest the sabotage of the Druzhba pipeline.

Ukraine’s attempt to manipulate Hungary’s April 12th election better work, or they will have a second war front to deal with. The Hungarians and Slovaks are hopping mad.
