Even Antifa Realizes It Screwed Up

Monday, September 22nd, 2025

For a long time, far left domestic terror group Antifa seemed to operate with impunity. Teaming up with #BlackLivesMatter at an operational level temporarily gave them a fake halo of social approval. Soros-backed DAs in the deep blue locales that make up their homebases constantly let them bail out and walk without felony charges, preferring to prosecute law-abiding citizens exercising their right of self-defense like Kyle Rittenhouse, Daniel Penny or Daniel Perry instead.

But in the wake of the Charlie Kirk assassination, that unearned immunity finally seems to be coming to an end. Not only has President Trump designated Antifa a terrorist organization, but according to Andy Ngo, the scumbags making up Antifa now realize they screwed up.

On Sept. 17, I joined Newsmax to discuss how Antifa are stunned by the unity of outrage on the right after the assassination of Charlie Kirk last week. A Corvallis, Ore. Antifa cell — based in the same city as Oregon State University — has now published an after-action report detailing their concerns about the fallout after the murder.

In their own words, they admit fearing the loss of their long-standing ability to mark conservatives for death without much resistance. They point out that for the first time, even apolitical groups, institutions, and businesses feel safe expressing sympathy to Kirk’s family and supporters. Compounding their panic, numerous people have already been fired after celebrating the assassination online. Meanwhile, Jimmy Kimmel’s late-night show has been pulled off the air by Nexstar after he attempted to mislead the public by falsely suggesting the assassin was “MAGA.”

The report also acknowledges that Antifa’s recent attacks on Sean Feucht’s Christian worship events have backfired badly. Cameras captured masked militants assaulting families and children — images that damaged Antifa’s carefully crafted narrative. The group admits these events, combined with the Kirk assassination, risk “galvanizing otherwise politically inactive conservatives.” They are desperate to prevent that.

Waking the normies from their slumbers is the last thing the left wanted to do, but now Kirk’s assassination, and more crucially, the horrifying open celebration of it on the left, has done precisely that.

The backlash against the sick, ugly-souled left only continues to build. And the real-time disintegration of the money-losing legacy media outlets that use to cover for them has fatally undermined the systemic preference falsification by which they used to maintain the facade of historical inevitability. All the old tricks are losing their power, and the ugliness of Antifa and their numerous enablers and apologists stands revealed for all to see.

They have no idea what’s coming for them.

Finally: Antifa Declared Terrorist Org (And A Walk Down Memory Lane)

Thursday, September 18th, 2025

In an action that’s many years overdue, President Trump is finally declaring Antifa a terrorist organization.

The man arrested for Charlie Kirk’s murder thought he was stopping hate. In actuality, he united the country against his own leftwing hate … and gave the president the standing to arrest all his associates as terrorists.

I’m hope this will give the Trump Administration the tools to subpoena, back-trace and freeze terrorist funding coming from various NGOs, including a wide variety of Soros, Singham, MacArthur and Rockefeller hydra heads.

Let’s take a trip down memory lane to cover the myriad violent felonies the commie losers of Antifa have committed over the years:

  • They attacked journalist Andy Ngo in Berkeley and Portland.
  • They helped escalate the violence in Charlottesville back in 2017 by fighting with the LARP Nazis there.
  • They assaulted police officers in a number of cities.
  • Portland seems to have especially enjoyed a number of Antifa riots over the years.
  • They declared an an “autonomous zone” in Seattle, where they shook down local businesses for protection money.
  • They had a major hand in the #BlackLivesMatter/George Floyd Rioting that swept much of the country in 2020, including looting a Target here in Austin.
  • Remember the Kenosha riots.
  • And remember that the (white) attackers Kyle Rittenhouse shot there were sex offenders.
  • A good description of how Antifa tactics work at the street level.
  • Speaking of Andy Ngo, he went on Joe Rogan to discuss Antifa.
  • Remember that Antifa isn’t only an American problem: In Austria, they protested Muslim rapists being deported.
  • Don’t forget the Antifa schoolteacher who bragged about trying to turn his students into Communist revolutionaries.
  • Don’t forget their penchant for attempting to murder law enforcement officers.
  • This is just a Greatest Hits package of Antifa scumbaggery. This post could easily be ten times as long…

(Note: While doing this roundup, I noticed that a lot of the sources I linked to prior to 2020 are no longer good. With linkrot, the stability of online digital data seems several orders of magnitude less permanent than ink printed on paper…)

You Can’t Tell The Satanic Leftwing Tranny Deathcults Without A Program

    Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025

Friday’s LinkSwarm entry on crazy tranny shooter Robert Paul Westman’s link to various satanic death cults was pretty brief, but there seems to be a lot more to cover there. Starting with America’s Transtifa problem.

At the start of the year, only eight days into President Trump’s second term, the FBI’s counterterrorism division held an unclassified briefing on an emerging domestic terrorism threat: “Nihilistic Accelerationism.”

I hadn’t run across “The Com” before. I think I’ll have to add a little Quick Reference Glossary at the bottom.

As far as I can tell, “Accelerationism” comes in two main flavors. The technoutopian, transhumanist flavor is mostly libertarian-tinged immanization of the Singularity escutcheon eschaton sorts, the kind of people who want to bring about a tech-driven Utopia. They’re almost certainly wrong about living forever in a tech-heaven as a digitized, uploaded consciousnesses, but they’re builders, not destroyers.

Then there’s the other kind. You know The Dark Knight meme?

That’s them. They want to make the world itself Hell, and the hand-basket isn’t traveling fast enough for them.

Some of the most recent examples of nihilism and accelerationist beliefs can be found alarmingly emanating from the political far-left. Violence, chaos, and destruction are recurring themes found in their online posts, propaganda, manifestos, and civil disobedience (also known as “civil terrorism”).

Take, for example, the transgender mass shooter last week that carried out a horrific attack against Christians at Annunciation Catholic Church and School in Minneapolis, killing two children and injuring 17 others before taking his own life, wrote in a dark, troubling manifesto posted online that he was “tired of being trans.”

GPS—Robert “Robin” Westman devices were present during at least 5 antifa protests. Upon cross pollinating devices at his residence, there were numerous ‘burner’ phones. His devices have also appeared to have been present with a number of Zizians, including their founder Jack LaSota, on two occasions two months apart.

It adds up, because he claims to “hate fascism & inequality”, he had “1312” in his username. He was 100% trantifa, not a “right winger” like many lying Antifa are trying to claim to distance themselves from the sh*t storm surrounding the church shooting of children.

It’s also important to point out that the Far Left/Antifa to Trans pipeline many times, terminates with incorporating Nazi ideology through the Pro Palestine intersection involved.

The Zizians, are a cult-like group that has been widely described in media reports as a radical collective primarily consisting of transgender vegans with ties to rationalist communities, anti-AI ideologies, and extreme activism.

The whole online vegan/pedophile crossover puts that Ryan Long bit in a new light:

This group has been linked to a series of murders and suspicious deaths across multiple U.S. states in 2025, earning it labels like “trans murder cult” or “vegan death cult” in various news outlets and online discussions.

The Zizians originated from online rationalist and effective altruism circles in the Bay Area, drawing in highly intelligent individuals, including math geniuses and programmers.

The group’s leader, Jack LaSota (also known as “Ziz” or “Jack Ziz”), is a transgender person who reportedly promoted extreme veganism, anti-artificial intelligence views, and authoritarian control over members.

Experts have compared it to cults using models like Steven Hassan’s BITE (Behavior, Information, Thought, and Emotional control) framework, noting how it allegedly manipulated followers through emotional and ideological means.

The group has been accused of issuing “kill orders” and fostering an environment that led to violence, though not all members are implicated in crimes.

In early 2025, the group came under scrutiny after a traffic stop in Vermont led to the discovery of connections to the murder of U.S. Border Patrol Agent David Maland. A 21-year-old transgender member of the Zizians was indicted on federal murder charges and faces the death penalty.

The Zizians have been tied to the deaths of a Pennsylvania couple (parents of one member) and other incidents in California, including an attempted murder and a faked death. In total, the group is linked to at least six killings across three states: Vermont, Pennsylvania, and California.

Additional arrests include LaSota on trespassing charges (held without bail) and other members like Alexander Leatham and Suri Dao, who face trial for related murders. One case involved a German math prodigy allegedly drawn into the group before her involvement in crimes.

As of mid-2025, multiple members are in custody, with ongoing trials and federal investigations. The U.S. Justice Department is pursuing capital punishment in at least one case. The group has gone underground, but it has sparked broader discussions about cult dynamics in online communities.

Zizians. Great. I’ll add that to the list.

Some of these groups get categorized as “neo-Nazi,” but the trans cult is entirely on the left, and Satanists are hardly flocking to vote Republican. (And then there’s the whole “how did a party with ‘national socialism’ in its name get assigned to the right?” thing.)

Seruga also claimed that the transgender mass shooter was also “100% trantifa,” which opens up another rabbit hole that Andy Ngo, senior editor at The Post Millennial, has covered in-depth for quite some time about the disturbing rise of “trans militancy” across America.

Ngo’s new report, titled “The Violent Ideology and Lies Fueling Trans Militancy,” warns that the transgender mass shooter attack on Christians in Minneapolis last week “wasn’t an isolated attack….”

This propaganda is blasted nonstop across social media, Reddit threads, internet forums, and radical leftist blogs.

But wait! That’s not the only crazy Satanic deathcult out there! The FBI has also warned people about The Com, which also evidently runs a SWATing-for-hire service.

In recent weeks, VICE has reported on the recruitment and radicalization of children as young as 12 by Satanic neo-Nazi accelerationist groups like 764, No Lives Matter, and Milikolosskrieg, which operate within a wider criminal network primarily through encrypted messaging platforms like Signal, Telegram, and Discord. While it might be tempting to dismiss this as little more than disaffected kids venting online, the influence of this network has been directly tied to numerous incidents of real-world violence—leading it to be identified as a threat in a series of public service announcements by the FBI, which refers to it as ‘The Com.’

At the end of last month, Minnesotan 20-year-old Logan Anthony Seitz was arrested for stabbing a woman “around 20 times” in a park. In a criminal complaint obtained by CBS, he told investigators he’d had the urge to randomly kill a person since he was ten years old and went out that day intending to find his victim. But coverage of the case missed a crucial detail: Seitz is a longtime member of SR1, a subgroup of a notorious The Com-adjacent sextortion network known as 764. His attack was not only acknowledged but celebrated on Telegram channels associated with these groups, where he is known by the alias ‘Corrupt.’

It’s not the first time a case like this has been traced back to The Com. Between July and October 2024, at least six unprovoked assaults in Hässelby, Stockholm were filmed and posted on Telegram channels linked to 764. A 14-year-old boy was detained on suspicion of two assaults, and confessed to one—the attempted murder of an 80-year-old man. In April 2025, two individuals linked to 764 were arrested in connection with a bomb plot targeting a Lady Gaga concert in Brazil attended by over 2 million fans.

The threat posed by these groups, which are often influenced or inspired by the Order of Nine Angles (O9A), has now drawn the attention of the United States’ federal government.

On July 23, the FBI issued three PSAs about The Com, highlighting the growing dangers it poses to young people online. According to the briefings, The Com has thousands of members, primarily between 11 and 25 years of age. Most recruits are drawn in through gaming platforms and social media. The Com groups featured in the FBI reports engage in a range of criminal activities, including ransomware attacks, stabbings, sabotage, swatting, extortion, the distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), DDoS attacks, SIM swapping, and cryptocurrency theft, among other things.

Just sound like a lovely bunch all-around, don’t they? It’s like they went “Why be a mere online edgelord when I can rape children and kill people in real life?”

Consider this yet another reason for rational, law-abiding citizens to go armed.

Glossary of Far-Left Satanic Transsexual Death Cults

This is a quick overview for my own reference and people researching the topic.

Note: Some of these entries link to Wikipedia articles, and the usual caveats apply.

    • Accelerationists: See Nihilistic Accelerationists.
    • The Com: FBI’s term for an aggregate of almost all the Satanic pedophile death cults mentioned here.
    • CVLT: “CVLT, also known as Cult, is an international Neo-Nazi and nihilistic online organization that was responsible for acts of child exploitation. Several of the organization’s leaders were arrested in US for producing child pornography and coercing minors to commit self-harm. According to police, CVLT has exploited approximately 2 minors in California and 16 minors around the world in total. US Department of Justice described it as “an online group that espoused neo-Nazism, nihilism, and pedophilia as its core principles”. CVLT is affiliated with The Com, a broad network of international cybercriminals. CVLT became known after one of its leaders, Kaleb Merritt, was caught and convicted of raping a girl and taking inappropriate pictures of her. CVLT was created in 2019 by a French-Indian school student, named Rohan Rane.”
    • Milikolosskrieg: Relatively new group of neo-Nazi accelerationsists whose membership seems to skew young (12-18).
    • Nihilistic Accelerationists: People who want to see the world (especially the “normie” world) burn, and will embrace any evil and any tool to achieve their goals.
    • No Lives Matter: “No Lives Matter (NLM) is a misanthropic, neo-Nazi online group that advocates for violence, terrorism and the destruction of humanity. Its core principles are radical nihilism and anti-humanism.”
    • Order of the 9 Angels: Neo-Nazi Satanists enthusiastic about rape and pedophilia. They think “respectable” “left-hand path” groups like The Church of Satan and The Order of Set are wimpy, cringing pussies. “Back in the 1990s a weirdo (named Myall back in the day) claimed that family knew the REAL SECRET of the nine angles. It was mainly Neo-Nazi stuff — ‘Kill a Jew for Satan.’ The guy claimed 100s of followers and had several Orders he was running.'” There’s even a timeline of crimes connected to the group.
    • 764: Global Satanic child predator network. “An international network of predators steeped in Satanism lure children from seemingly harmless online platforms like Discord, Minecraft, and Roblox and extort them to sexually exploit and grievously harm themselves. Some victims are even pushed to suicide.”

The abuse perpetrated by members of com groups is extreme. They have coerced children into sexual abuse or self-harm, causing them to deeply lacerate their bodies to carve “cutsigns” of an abuser’s online alias into their skin. Victims have flushed their heads in toilets, attacked their siblings, killed their pets, and in some extreme instances, attempted or died by suicide. Court records from the United States and European nations reveal participants in this network have also been accused of robberies, in-person sexual abuse of minors, kidnapping, weapons violations, swatting, and murder.

    • Transtifa“: Neologism describing radical left-wing transsexuals who feel violence (up to and including murder) is justified against anyone who rejects radical transsexual ideology.
    • Zizians: “A cult-like group that has been widely described in media reports as a radical collective primarily consisting of transgender vegans with ties to rationalist communities, anti-AI ideologies, and extreme activism.”

Parents, monitor your children’s Internet activities. There are some real sickos out there.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go watch some sappy dog rescue videos to get this out of my head…

    LinkSwarm For February 7, 2025

    Friday, February 7th, 2025

I’m pretty much over my cold, except the occasional cough and continued draining of the Strategic Mucus Reserve.

The USAID revelation continues, with every left-wing, anti-American cause getting their snout into the trough of taxpayer money. Plus blows against the illegal alien and tranny pander brigades. It’s the Friday LinkSwarm!

  • Second Amendment advocates have long know that “Everytown for Gun Safety” was, like all the other branches of the Brady Bunch hydra, pure Astrotruf, but thanks to database revelations, we now know that taxpayers were footing the bill.

Have you ever heard of NEO Philanthropy? They’re a left-wing group that has been around for more than 40 years. NEO wants folks to believe it is a partnership between “changemakers and funders.” They claim to provide “resources to groups accelerating change.” Race, gender and DEI are huge for them, but guns are a problem.

An incredible website database has outed NEO Philanthropy’s actual duties, and those of thousands of other similar groups. NEO, it turns out, is nothing more than a middleman. It receives money and funnels some of it to Everytown for Gun Safety as well as other leftwing, anti-gun groups.

The website database is called DataRepublican.com, and it will forever change the way nonprofits handle their funding, especially those on the left.

    Snip.

On Wednesday, pro-gun official Hannah Hill “exposed taxpayer money flowing to Bloomberg gun control orgs.”

The next day, she used the website to link USAID funds that went to Everytown, Giffords and more gun-control organizations.

    (Hat tip: Blog commenter 10x25mm.)

  • George Soros got his nose in the trough as well. Who was bankrolling the campaign to appoint pro-crime Soros DAs? You were.

Beginning about a decade ago, George Soros began funding campaigns for people who became known as the “Soros prosecutors.” Local prosecutorial races, which once had a few thousand spent on them, suddenly started seeing hundreds of thousands, and even millions of dollars pouring in, totaling about $50 million to elect 75 prosecutors nationwide.

Every one of those prosecutors is a radical leftist who immediately set about remaking the local justice system in accordance with leftist values: Criminals are victims of the system and should not be prosecuted; Republicans are enemies of the people and should be prosecuted. Some of these prosecutors are wreaking havoc on a scale that doesn’t make the news; others have done such horrible things that their names hit the headlines:

Kim Gardner, the woman who used false charges to destroy Eric Greitens, Missouri’s Republican governor, and whose tenure was distinguished by slandering the police, violating open records laws, persecuting the McCloskeys for defending their property against BLM rioters, discriminating against employees on racial grounds, and letting the most egregious criminals walk free.

Lawrence Krasner, the Philadelphia DA who just promised to prosecute the pardoned January 6ers. He couldn’t name a crime, though. He seemed to be operating on the Lavrentiy Beria principle of “show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime.”

Andrew Warren, the Florida prosecutor who announced that he would no longer prosecute entire categories of criminal activities because he didn’t like the Florida laws. Governor Ron DeSantis fired him.

George Gascón, a District Attorney who managed to break both the San Francisco and Los Angeles criminal justice systems. He was finally voted out of office in L.A. this past November.

Kimberly Foxx, the Cook County Chicago prosecutor who turned the criminal justice system into a revolving door, creating a staggering wave of violence in already beleaguered Chicago.

And then there’s Manhattan’s Alvin Bragg, who brought an utterly spurious and quite obviously political case against Donald Trump for allegedly criminal hush money payments to Stormy Daniels.

Without exception, the Soros prosecutors, most of whom received money from the Tides organizations, have been disastrous for their communities and, in Bragg’s case, for America as a whole. (Although one could argue that Bragg’s manifest political persecution of Donald Trump helped return Trump to the White House, which, to date, has been an incredibly good thing.)

Thus, there’s a straight line from Soros to Tides to corrupt prosecutors.

But what does this have to do with USAID? Well, back in October 2020, when no one was paying too much attention (COVID, BLM, the election), and USAID-funded mainstream media outlets were busy quashing stories that harmed Democrat interests, USAID was Funding the Tides Center:

Nearly $170 million in government grants has passed through a liberal dark money behemoth that houses numerous left-wing groups, including the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, tax forms show.

The taxpayer-funded grants were disbursed to groups through the Tides Center, a San Francisco-based nonprofit incubator that wealthy liberal donors use to bankroll progressive causes. A number of radical left-wing groups have fallen under the auspices of the Tides Center, which acts as a “fiscal sponsor” to nonprofits by providing its 501(c)(3) tax and legal status. This arrangement lets the groups under its umbrella avoid registering with the IRS.

    [snip]

[Scott] Walter [president of the Capitol Research Center] noted that the Tides Center’s recipient profile on USASpending.gov, which posts government grants, shows $34 million in federal funding since 2008. The grants were primarily from the U.S. Agency for International Development and the Department of Health and Human Services.

  • And Stephen Green discovered that USAID was also funding #BlackLivesMatter so they could help burn down your city.
  • More USAID revelations.

The Daily Mail assembled a helpful list of examples of USAID’s hard-left blank check policy. This list includes:

    • $30 million to study HIV in Africa among sex workers and so-called “transgender” people.
    • $38 million to the Wuhan Institute of Virology and other Chinese research labs.
    • $1.5 million to an LGBTQ+ group in Serbia.
    • $2.5 million for electric vehicles for Vietnam, with only one battery station built.
    • Money for a “trans” care clinic in Vietnam.
    • $25,000 for a “trans” opera in Colombia
    • $32,000 for “trans” comic books in Peru.
    • $500,000 to expand atheism in Nepal.

The Clinton Foundation was also a huge USAID winner:

Plus more about how Trump’s actions are legal and constitutional.

  • Biden Admin Filled Terrorist Coffers With Over $1,300,000,000 Before Trump Took Wrecking Ball To Foreign Aid.”

More than $1.3 billion in taxpayer funds from the Biden administration ended up helping groups that sponsored or committed terrorism.

Federal watchdog reports and other documents show former President Joe Biden’s aid programs funneled the money toward a network of terrorism in the Muslim world — largely by reversing Trump-era policies.

    Snip.

The Biden administration gave $1,053,400,000 in taxpayer money to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), which claims to help war-afflicted Palestinian civilians but is tied to terrorists fighting Israel, according to U.S. and Israeli intelligence. Biden reversed a Trump-era ban on UNRWA funding in 2021 but brought back the ban last year after Israel accused UNWRA workers of participating in Hamas’s Oct. 7, 2023, attacks.

Intelligence officials later revealed that more than 1,000 UNRWA employees, or around 10%, were linked to the groups Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad, according to documents found on the bodies of dead terrorists and other evidence. A dozen took part in the Oct. 7 massacre, including a Hamas commander who was teaching in elementary school for UNRWA and led a siege against an Israeli kibbutz that killed almost 100 people.

UNWRA’s schools have long used curriculum for Palestinian children that glorifies terrorists and martyrdom, a March 2023 report from UN Watch found.

The curriculum comes from the Palestinian Authority (PA), a governing body in the West Bank that the Biden administration considered more friendly to American interests than Hamas. The PA also made a profit from Biden’s presidency despite its program that pays Palestinians and their families as a reward for acts of terror against Jews.

Trump and Congress passed a law in 2018 blocking economic support funds for the PA due to its program. Trump later paused all remaining funding for the PA before Biden took office and resumed it.

The Biden administration in part revived the economic support fund that Trump’s law restricts. The State Department claimed in documents from 2021 that “most” of the money did not “directly benefit the PA” in violation of the law. However, officials sent $265 million straight to the PA for its “security forces and justice sector institutions” throughout Biden’s presidency, according to the Congressional Research Service.

Under Biden, the PA agreed to pay more than $97 million to reward the perpetrators of the Oct. 7 attacks, the Washington Free Beacon reported.

  • The terrorism funding corruption also extended to the Treasure Department.

So Treasury official David A. Lebryk resigned rather than testifying. Sounds like he should be subpoenaed and/or indicted…

  • Another media beneficiary of USAID taxpayer subsidies: Christianity Today. Render unto Caesar what is Caesar’s, and also render unto Caesar what is God’s…as long as Caesar is paying you enough.
  • Radical Vegan Transgender Cult Implicated in Border Agent’s Death. UPDATE: Landlord ‘Impaled With a Sword’ by ‘Vegan Sith’ Cult Member.”

You’ve never heard of the “Zizians,” and neither had I until this afternoon, but you’re probably going to be hearing a lot more about them now that this weirdo California cult has been connected to the shootout in Vermont last week that left a Border Patrol agent dead. Credit to Andy Ngo for putting together the pieces of this bizarre puzzle. When the shootout went down in Vermont on January 20, the initial reports were very thin, but piece by piece, we’ve learned more about the two suspects, Teresa Youngblut, a 21-year-old from Seattle, and Felix Bauckholt, a math genius from Germany who had worked in the financial industry on an H1B visa. About seven months ago, Youngblut’s parents had reported her missing, saying she had cut off contact with them and they were concerned she might be in a coercive relationship. The police didn’t do anything, saying that as an adult, she couldn’t be considered a runaway.

Youngblut and Bauckholt showed up in Vermont a couple of weeks ago and attracted suspicion because they were wearing black “tactical” gear and Youngblut had a pistol in a visible holster. Eventually, this led to an attempted traffic stop on I-91 in which both Youngblut and Bauckholt pulled pistols. Bauckholt was killed in the resulting shootout, but Younglut survived and will face charges.

    Then it gets weird…

  • Pam Bondi was confirmed as Trump’s attorney general.
  • And Bondi wasted no time in freezing all funding for sanctuary cities.

The Department of Justice will ensure that, consistent with law, ‘sanctuary jurisdictions’ do not receive access to Federal funds from the Department,’ Bondi’s first-day memo says.

‘Consistent with applicable statutes, regulations, court orders, and terms, the Department of Justice shall pause the distribution of all funds until a review has been completed, terminate any agreements that are in violation of law or are the source of waste, fraud, or abuse, and initiate clawback or recoupment procedures, where appropriate.’

  • In fact, the DOJ has already sued Chicago, Illinois, and various officials over their sanctuary city laws.

It’s no secret that Chicago has forsaken its own low-income residents to virtue signal as a so-called ‘sanctuary city’ for illegal immigrants – to the point where local residents have been excoriating city officials during official meetings, and major businesses such as Ken Griffin’s Citadel moved to Miami due to the city devolving into “Afghanistan.”

Now, the Trump DOJ is suing Chicago, the state of Illinois, local officials over laws creating said ‘sanctuary,’ and have accused the defendants of impeding federal immigration enforcement efforts. In their complaint, the DOJ has asked a judge to declare the state and local measures unconstitutional due to the federal government’s supremacy.

One of the laws challenged by the Wednesday lawsuit prohibits officials from complying with federal immigration detainers and providing certain information about noncitizens.

“The challenged provisions of Illinois, Chicago, and Cook County law reflect their intentional effort to obstruct the Federal Government’s enforcement of federal immigration law and to impede consultation and communication between federal, state, and local law enforcement officials that is necessary for federal officials to carry out federal immigration law and keep Americans safe,” reads the lawsuit.

Named in the case are Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker (D), Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson (D), as well as the city’s police superintendent and other city officials.

The case, filed in federal court in Chicago, marks one of the first major cases brought by the Trump administration in such a case, and comes after the Wednesday confirmation of Attorney General Pam Bondi, who issued a same-day memo restricting sanctuary cities from accessing DOJ funds.

  • I have to admit I have no clue what Trump is thinking when he announced we’ll be taking over the Gaza strip.

The U.S. will take over the Gaza Strip and we will do a job with it, too. We’ll own it, and be responsible for dismantling all of the dangers, unexploded bombs, and other weapons on the site, level the site, and get rid of the destroyed buildings, level it out, create an economic development that will supply unlimited numbers of jobs and housing for the people of the area.

Trump’s affinity for beachfront property aside, I don’t see how rebuilding Gaza is a proper use of American tax dollars.

  • “Trump Withdraws From UN Human Rights Council, Ends Funding To UNRWA.”
  • Ukraine launches new Kursk counteroffensive. More.
  • Remember Saturday Night Live‘s Walker Brigade? Well, evidently the Russian army is sending wounded soldiers with canes back to the front lines.
  • Ukraine hit yet another Russian oil refinery, this one in Volgograd.
  • Sudden Putin Death Syndrome strike again. “Russian singer who donated to Ukraine and called Putin an ‘idiot’ mysteriously falls to his death from a window.” (Hat tip: Dwight.)
  • Kamala Harris team lied about Joe Rogan’s attempt to get her on his show. Of course they did. The whole campaign was built on lies and an attempt to install Harris in the White House without enduring any scrutiny from voters.
  • Speaking of which, remember when CBS swore up and down they didn’t deceptively edit the Kamala Harris video They lied.
  • Winning. “President Trump Signs Executive Order Barring Men from Women’s Sports.”

On Wednesday, National Girls and Women in Sports Day, President Donald Trump signed an executive order barring men from women’s sports through Title IX, withholding funding from universities that insist on allowing male athletes to encroach on women’s competition.

The order will also empower women who are forced to compete against men to sue their schools and directs the Department of Homeland Security to deny visa applications from foreign athletes who identify themselves as the opposite sex in order to compete in the U.S.

At the signing ceremony, Trump specifically cited the importance of protecting female athletes at the upcoming 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles and the World Cup.

“My administration will not stand by and watch men beat and batter female athletes. We’re just not going to let it happen,” Trump said.

J.K. Rowling had something to say about it as well:

  • Moreover, the NCAA has quickly fallen in line.
  • However, Arlington Public Schools in Virginia are still committed to letting men use 6he little girl’s room.
  • Our vile media: “Newsweek runs puff piece on gender transition of man who held family hostage, raped them, and killed their kids.

    LinkSwarm For March 15, 2024

    Friday, March 15th, 2024

Happy Ides of March! You might want to avoid knife-wielding Romans today. Trump trial news, lots of Russo-Ukrainian War news, transexual madness starts to recede, and more Disney missteps. It’s the Friday LinkSwarm!

  • Biden’s proposed budget is going to lower the deficit by $3 trillion. By which he means it will grow by $16 trillion.

Following yesterday’s release of Biden’s $7.3 trillion budget, the Biden administration bragged about lowering the deficit by $3 trillion over the next decade – an average of 0.8% of GDP over that period.

This would consist of roughly $2.6 trillion over 10 years in additional spending programs, offset by around $4.8 trillion in tax increases over the same period. Most of the tax and spending proposals have been included in prior budget proposals from the White House, according to Goldman’s Alec Phillips, however there are several new items.

The budget would increase the corporate alternative minimum tax on book income from 15% to 21%, raising $137 billion over the next decade. It also limits a corporation’s ability to deduct employee pay exceeding $1mm/year, raising $272 billion over 10 years. The largest proposed tax increases include; raising the corporate minimum tax from 21% to 28%, as well as a series of tax increases on high-income earners, including new Medicare taxes, and a new 25% minimum tax on incomes over $100 million, raising $500 billion over the next decade.

Of course, it has zero chance of passing under the current Congress – but that’s not the point.

As one DC strategist wrote in a morning email noted by CNBC’s Brian Sullivan, the budget deficit will still grow by another $16 trillion over the next decade – and that’s with aforementioned tax hikes.

Without them, the deficit grows to $19 trillion.

In short, talk of ‘$3 trillion saved’ is total bullshit in the grand scheme of things, given how much the national debt will grow in the best case scenario.

  • “Georgia Judge Strikes Down Six Counts in Trump Election-Interference Indictment.”

The judge overseeing the Georgia election-fraud case struck down six counts in the indictment on Wednesday finding that the language in the counts didn’t provide “sufficient detail” for former president Donald Trump and more than a dozen other co-defendants “to prepare their defenses intelligently.”

The counts that Fulton County Superior Court judge Scott McAfee struck down all involved allegations that some of the defendants in the case solicited various Georgia elected officials to violate their oaths of office and to unlawfully appoint pro-Trump presidential electors.

The six counts struck down by McAfee on Wednesday involved Trump, his former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, and lawyers Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Ray Smith and Bob Cheeley. The defendants were accused in the various counts of soliciting elected members of the Georgia house and senate and Georgia secretary of state Brad Raffensperger to violate their oaths “to unlawfully appoint presidential electors.” Trump and Meadows also requested that Raffensperger “unlawfully decertify” the 2020 presidential election, according to two of the counts that McAfee struck down on Wednesday.

  • Have I already talked about how stupid Biden’s idea to build a floating pier for Hamas is?

The Biden admin knows that US military personnel will not be safe in Gaza, but millions of dollars will be spent to build a pier to send aid that the Gazans don’t even want and that someone in the admin hopes will become a “commercial facility.”

That’s what they think “American leadership” looks like.

Apart from wasting taxpayer money, this is building infrastructure that, unless Israel finishes off Hamas, will fall into the hands of terrorists.

Also, it will take 60 days to build (at least), by which time Israel should have finished pounding Hamas into a thin paste. It’s stupid piled on top of stupid.

Yes, he’s won a Super Bowl and is a four-time MVP, is 40 years old (and thus constitutionally eligible to serve), but what the hell does an NFL quarterback know about running the country? Also, since Rodgers is under contract to the Jets, won’t having to play NFL football preclude him from actively running as VP pick?

In explaining the stunning turnabout, prosecutors agreed that defense lawyers had essentially been blindsided by 6,000 pages of communications involving Henley and his attorneys and associates. Prosecutors and the defense got the material only in the past few days, after Henley and his lawyers apparently made a late-in-the-game decision to waive their attorney-client privilege shielding legal discussions.

In waving attorney-client privilege, it looks like Henley made himself a prisoner of his own device…

  • Facebook Manager Of Community Development Allegedly Busted In Child Sex Sting

    Thursday, February 17th, 2022

This seems like an important breaking story:

That “allegedly” in the title is for legal reasons (even child rapist scumbags are entitled to the presumption of innocence under the Constitution), but “Sure, I flirted with a 13-year old and set up two meetings with him, and gave him my hotel room number, but I never intended to follow-through on ‘make out with you, touch you, suck you!'” is hardly a compelling defense. Indeed, defense lawyers will be playing this tape for clients for years to come just to drive the “No, seriously, just shut the fuck up” point home.

Remember how everyone laughed at “Pizzagate,” at the very idea that there was a ring of powerful Democrats that engaged in pedophilia? Well, that particular instance may well have been bunk, but since then we’ve had Epstein’s “suicide,” every other member of Antifa seems to be a convicted sex offender, and we’ve had high profile pedophiles unmasked at such liberal bastions as CNN and now Facebook.

But it seems less like a ring than a widespread fraternal organization with many different chapters.

How many more leftwing child predators are still out there?

    Change!

    Thursday, January 21st, 2021

On the very first day of the Biden Presidency, we saw some of that change he promised to deliver. Instead of Portland antifa attacking a federal courthouse, they attacked Democratic Party headquarters:

Antifa demonstrators smashed the windows of the Democratic Party headquarters in Portland, Oregon; burned American flags and spray-painted graffiti onto storefronts in Denver and Seattle; marched in Columbus, Ohio; and wielded shields and clubs while protesting in Sacramento hours after President Joe Biden’s inauguration.

A group of protesters carrying anti-Biden and anti-police signs were marching Wednesday in Portland streets and damaged the headquarters of the Democratic Party of Oregon, police said.

One of the signs read ‘We don’t want Biden, we want revenge!’ in response to ‘police murders’ and ‘imperialist wars.’

The group in Portland smashed windows and spray-painted anarchist symbols at the political party building.

    More from Andy Ngo:

Speaking of Andy Ngo and antifa, by protesting against Powell’s bookstore for carrying his new book, Unmasked: Inside Antifa’s Radical Plan to Destroy Democracy, they managed to jump it to the top of Amazon’s political bestseller list.

Over the past four plus years, the media has loved to highlight the tiny anti-Trump faction within the Republican Party, while ignoring the much larger factional splits among Democrats. Now that Trump is out of office, we can look forward to the various factions of the left fighting each other over who gets to share in the power and graft.

    LinkSwarm for December 18, 2020

    Friday, December 18th, 2020

Greetings, and welcome to another Friday LinkSwarm! On a personal note, I was just laid off from my Senior Technical Writer job, so if you have any leads in the department (for either Austin or remote work), drop me a line in the comments.

  • Russian hackers penetrated Austin city government:

State-sponsored hackers believed to be from Russia have breached the city network of Austin, Texas, The Intercept has learned. The breach, which appears to date from at least mid-October, adds to the stunning array of intrusions attributed to Russia over the past few months.

The list of reported victims includes the departments of Commerce, Homeland Security, State, and the Treasury; the Pentagon; cybersecurity firm FireEye; IT software company SolarWinds; and assorted airports and local government networks across the United States, among others. The breach in Austin is another apparent victory for Russia’s hackers. By compromising the network of America’s 11th-most populous city, they could theoretically access sensitive information on policing, city governance, and elections, and, with additional effort, burrow inside water, energy, and airport networks. The hacking outfit believed to be behind the Austin breach, Berserk Bear, also appears to have used Austin’s network as infrastructure to stage additional attacks.

While the attacks on SolarWinds, FireEye, and U.S. government agencies have been linked to a second Russian group — APT29, also known as Cozy Bear — the Austin breach represents another battlefront in a high-stakes cyber standoff between the United States and Russia. Both Berserk Bear and Cozy Bear are known for quietly lurking in networks, often for months, while they spy on their targets. Berserk Bear — which is also known as Energetic Bear, Dragonfly, TEMP.Isotope, Crouching Yeti, and BROMINE, among other names — is believed to be responsible for a series of breaches of critical U.S. infrastructure over the past year.

  • Illegal-immigrant caravans back on the way — and Joe Biden ‘invited’ them.” (Hat tip: TPPF.)
  • Alexandria Ocasio Cortez calls for Nancy Pelosi’s ouster as Speaker of the House.

Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D., N.Y.) called for new leadership to replace House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.), in an interview with The Intercept aired on Wednesday.

The remarks represent Ocasio-Cortez’s most direct challenge to current Democratic congressional leadership, and come a month after Michigan representative Elissa Slotkin vowed not to support Pelosi for another term as House Speaker. Pelosi is the only candidate for the position, but with Democrats projected to win at most 226 House seats, Pelosi can only lose eight Democratic votes to remain Speaker.

I wonder: If enough of the hard left defects to keep Pelosi from one more term as speaker, might there be enough Democrats to vote for a moderate Republican as Speaker rather than being ruled by The Squad?

  • Another Obama-era crony green energy boondoggle goes bust:

Move over, Solyndra. Another green boondoggle from the Obama era has failed, and taxpayers are out as much as $510 million. Late last week Judge Karen Owens approved a Chapter 11 plan of reorganization by Tonopah Solar Energy. Tonopah operated the Crescent Dunes solar plant in Nevada that received $737 million in guaranteed loans from the Obama Administration.

The plan includes a settlement with the Department of Energy that leaves taxpayers liable for as much as $234.68 million in outstanding debt, but the total public cost is even higher. Crescent Dunes also received an investment-tax credit, and the 2009 stimulus legislation allowed it to receive a cash payment in lieu of credit. In 2017 the plant received more than $275.6 million from Treasury under the Section 1603 program, which it used to service its outstanding liabilities. So taxpayers already gave Crescent Dunes cash to pay off its taxpayer-backed loans.

    Snip.

DOE expected Crescent Dunes to produce up to 482,000 megawatt hours every year, but the plant hasn’t produced that much energy in its lifetime. In 2019 Crescent Dunes’s hot salt tanks suffered what partial owner SolarReserve described as “a catastrophic failure” that has left the plant inoperable.

Since molten salt is one of the key elements in many next generation nuclear plant designs, I searched online for pictures of what a catastrophic hot salt tank failure looks like, but I couldn’t find any.

  • Portland keeps letting Antifa run wild:

Last week, Portland law enforcers raided a house that had for months been illegally occupied by trespassers affiliated with Black Lives Matter and Antifa. At the barricaded property, officers made arrests and found a stockpile of firearms.

Under normal circumstances, the armed trespassers would be prosecuted, and that would be the end of the story. But in riot-plagued Portland, Oregon, things are very far from normal.

The city’s “progressive” district attorney immediately dropped the charges against the occupiers, and their comrades soon sent in reinforcements to build a sprawling autonomous zone in the middle of a densely populated residential area.

The militants called the place the Red House Autonomous Zone — named after the red-painted house occupied at the heart of the zone. In doing so, they took inspiration from the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone in Seattle, Washington. During the summer, leftist extremists chased police out of a six-block area of the Emerald City and drew their own “borders,” complete with checkpoints manned by armed “security.” The three-week experiment in lawlessness ended in mass vandalism, attempted rape, multiple shootings and two homicides.

Portland’s RHAZ is following in the same footsteps.

The house at the center of the autonomous zone was occupied by members of the Kinney family and their allies. The Kinneys, who haven’t paid their mortgage since 2017, were evicted after a tortuous legal process. The fact that they own a second house nearby didn’t prevent the mixed-race Kinneys and their allies from claiming victimization by — you guessed it — “racism.”

Soon after last week’s raid on the occupied house, some 100 Antifa comrades mobilized through social media to retake the space. “There is an active call for numbers, defensive gear and supplies and change of clothes,” tweeted Antifa group Youth Liberation Front.

Within a few hours, the entire street was blocked off with stolen fencing, wood and junk taken from nearby homes. Some brought in power tools to reinforce the barriers. The militants laid out piles of rocks, metal spikes and glass bottles at strategic points to act as supply points for projectile weapons. They lined the road with impromptu “booby traps” — upward-facing nail strips, caltrops and more.

Portland police officers tried to shut down the RHAZ early on, but they were attacked and chased away. Their police cruisers were smashed up; they didn’t return.

“Those present at the barricades should leave it behind, put down your weapons and allow the neighborhood to return to peace and order,” Portland Police Chief Chuck Lovell asked the militants, who ignored his polite request.

  • Plus Portland antifa are still the same scumbags:

A serial sex offender and Black Lives Matter activist recently released from prison served a titular leadership role at the Antifa autonomous zone in north Portland.

Micah Isaiah Rhodes, 27, was convicted of three counts of second-degree sexual abuse of minors in 2018. He was sentenced to two and a half years in prison after violating probation by being near children during an Antifa occupation of an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility.

    LinkSwarm for November 20, 2020

    Friday, November 20th, 2020

Greetings, and welcome to another Friday LinkSwarm! Coronavirus is up around the world again, Democrats keep behaving badly (talk about your evergreen themes), some fun dog links, and it’s time to celebrate Life Day again!

  • Good news, everyone! No more lockdowns in Texas! It took him long enough, but Governor Greg Abbott realizes what Democratic governors haven’t: all the Wuhan coronavirus infection curves seem the same, lockdowns don’t seem to work, masks don’t seem to work, the survival rate for the non-elderly, non-immune-compromised is well over 99%.
  • Speaking of which: Sweden, after having seemed to beat the bug through a strategy of herd immunity, now sees cases rising.
  • Indeed, all of Europe seems to be getting hit again. Nobody knows nuthin.

  • “Hundreds of Companies That Got Stimulus Aid Have Failed.” Government can’t pick winners, but it can sure create losers. (Hat tip: Holly Hansen.)
  • Defunding the police and the damage done. “Homicides in Minneapolis are up 50 percent.”
  • Andy Ngo on all the politicians who have turned Portland into a shithole:

This week brought news that Portland City Commissioner (as councilmembers are known) Jo Ann Hardesty called the cops over an argument with a Lyft driver days before the city council was scheduled to vote on her proposal to slash millions from the police budget.

The hypocrisy is glaring, but the bigger lesson is about the damage an activist political class can do to cities all over America if they follow in Portland’s foolish footsteps.

Hardesty has been a vocal advocate of Black Lives Matter and defunding the police. During a ride home, she allegedly belittled and berated her driver over a partially open window, a COVID-19 recommendation from the ride-sharing service itself. After the driver had enough of the abuse and canceled the ride, Hardesty refused to get out and called 911.

Portland politics have become the subject of national scrutiny by both the media and President Trump following more than 120 days of riots this year. While much attention has focused on the city’s feckless mayor, Ted Wheeler, others on the council have equally enabled a rapid descent into disorder.

Since Hardesty was elected to the council in 2018, her staunch hostility to police has earned her the approval of Black Lives Matter and antifa activists in Portland. Ordinary Portlanders have paid the price for that approval.

Days after her abuse of emergency services, the council took up Hardesy’s proposal to slash $18 million from the police budget. Already in June, she had spearheaded a successful effort to cut $15 million. Her newest proposal narrowly failed, however. Dan Ryan, the commissioner who was the swing vote, had his home vandalized that night by a mob of antifa militants.

Portlanders have suffered immensely this year from the grandstanding of left-wing politicians who run the city. Mayor Wheeler oversaw six months of anti-police riots that have turned downtown into an empty shell of itself. When the federal government sent in reinforcements in July to protect a federal courthouse under siege, the city council passed a resolution banning Portland Police from communicating with federal agencies.
    see also

Hardesty’s initial police-defunding package has had deadly consequences. As part of the cuts, police units that investigate gun violence, work in schools and patrol the transit system were disbanded. The result? In just the first month, shootings increased by almost 200 percent compared to the previous year. In the months since, homicides and shootings have continued to soar.

  • Ding-dong, the witch is… still Speaker of the House. I foresee two more years of robust NRCC fundraising.
  • “Biden to Continue Obama Tradition of Packing White House with Corporate Lobbyists:

With Joe Biden poised to take office in 2021, reports suggest he plans to follow in Obama’s footsteps by hiring a bunch of corporate lobbyists in senior roles.

At least two former lobbyists who will assume top roles in the Biden administration previously served on Biden’s staff during the Obama administration. Steve Ricchetti, who served as then-Vice President Biden’s chief of staff, will join the White House as counselor to the president. Ricchetti founded his own lobbying firm in 2001 and worked on behalf of corporate clients such as AT&T, Eli Lily, and the American Bankers Association.

Ron Klain, who also served as then-Vice President Biden’s chief of staff, will take on the role of White House chief of staff in the Biden administration. Klain is a veteran of the K Street lobbying firm O’Melveny & Myers. His clients included U.S. Airways, AOL Time Warner, and ImClone, a pharmaceutical company whose CEO was convicted for fraud. Klain also lobbied on behalf of mortgage giant Fannie Mae in an effort to fight off stricter oversight from Congress.

Rep. Cedric Richmond (D., La.) will also join the Biden administration in a senior advisory role. The move was blasted by environmental groups that pointed out Richmond’s close ties to Big Oil. During his 10 years in Congress, for example, Richmond received more than $340,000 in donations from the oil and gas industry and frequently joined Republicans in voting against legislation opposed by the industry.

Biden’s campaign manager, Jen O’Malley Dillon, will join the incoming administration as a deputy chief of staff. She is a cofounder of Precision Strategies, an “integrated strategy and marketing agency” that was recently hired by the American Investment Council, a lobbying group for private equity firms.

  • Just because California’s peasants are locked down due to the cornavirus and can’t have Thanksgiving with the family doesn’t mean that Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom can’t have a maskless dinner with high-rolling lobbyists at swanky restaurant The French Laundry. Rules are for the little people, not for your betters in the ruling class…
  • Speaking of Newsom: Courts don’t seem to agree with his rule by fiat:

The judge ruled that Newsom violated the state constitution by unilaterally ordering that all registered voters be sent mail-in ballots. More importantly, she found good cause for a permanent injunction restraining Newsom from issuing any further unconstitutional orders that make “new statutory law or legislative policy.”

The court rejected Newsom’s extraordinary claim that a state of emergency centralizes the state’s powers in the hands of the governor, thus turning California into an autocracy. This is the unlawful basis on which Newsom has collapsed our system of checks and balances, issuing 58 executive orders and changing over 400 laws unilaterally.

Specifically, the judge rejected Newsom’s argument that Section 8627 of the Emergency Services Act gives him autocratic powers. At least 24 of his executive orders rely on that section.

As far as the most damaging order, Newsom’s arbitrary and unscientific lockdown scheme, that too is newly vulnerable. The Pacific Legal Foundation’s new lawsuit uses the same separation-of-powers argument our victory established as a successful legal theory.

    Saturday, November 14th, 2020

Joe Rogan interviewed journalist Andy Ngo about Antifa earlier in the year. Here Rogan dings leftwingers who refuse to stand up against antifa violence.

“When you’re trying to enforce your own ideology on other people, and you have no tolerance for anybody with a differing opinion, particularly journalists, that is fascism.”

    The full interview:
